Suzanne E. Cohoon, age 51 years, of Plymouth, died Tuesday, January 23, 2018 at her home, after a courageous battle with cancer, with her loving family by her side. She was the wife of Donald E. Cohoon Jr., and the daughter of the late Robert and Connie (Coughlin) Reynolds. Born in Boston, Suzanne was raised in Marshfield and moved to Plymouth in 1996 where she made her home with her family. She was a graduate of Simmons College, where she earned her Bachelor of Science degree in nursing. She worked as a registered nurse at South Shore Hospital for twenty seven years.
Besides her loving husband Donald, she is survived by her children, Kathryn, Elizabeth, Donald and Andrew Cohoon, all of Plymouth, her two brothers, Robert Reynolds and his wife Susan and their children, Abagail and Madeleine of Sandwich and Matthew Reynolds and his children Rachel, Matthew and Danny of Hanover. She also leaves her mother-in-law Carol Cohoon, brothers-in-law Brian Cohoon and his wife Patricia, Barry Cohoon and his wife Ellen and Timothy Cohoon and his wife Tanya, as well as several nieces and nephews. Her funeral will be held from the DAVIS FUNERAL HOME, 373 Court Street (North Plymouth, next to Cordage Park) on Monday at 10:00AM, followed by a funeral mass in St. Peters Church, Plymouth at 11:00AM. Visiting hours will be on Sunday from 3-7 pm. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited. Interment will be private.
