Obituaries
Philip James Kendrick of Carver MA passed away at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, on January 3, 2023. He leaves behind his Loving wife Betty L. Kendrick.
He was predeceased by his parents Alvin and Margaret (Gogan) Kendrick. And a granddaughter Julia Kendrick.
He is also survived by his 3 children, Debra J. Kendrick of South Weymouth, Sharon L. Chipman of Marshfield and James Patrick Kendrick of Carver. He is also survived by his grandchildren, Stephen Patrick Kendrick and James Patrick Kendrick. And his great granddaughter Bellamy A. Brickel.
Philip was employed by Halliday Lithograph of Hanover from the age of 17 until the Company closed. After that he commuted to Woods Hole where he worked for Benthos until retirement.
Phil loved the outdoors whether it was riding his soft tail Harley, taking long family trips in his boat, fishing & hunting with his dad Alvin and his son Jim. He also truly enjoyed the outdoor chores that go into yard work. His biggest passion was his wife who he adored they met when Phil was 15 years of age. He loved the family get togethers and seeing his children & grandchildren.
THE FAMILY REQUESTS THAT ALL GUESTS WEAR MASKS TO THE VISITATION AND MASS.
A visitation will be held at the Cartmell Davis Life Celebration Funeral Home, 373 Court St. (North) Plymouth, from 10:00 am till 10:45 am. A Mass of Christian burial will follow at St. Peter’s Church, Plymouth, at 11:00 am. Burial will follow in St. Joseph’s Cemetery, Plymouth.
