Obituaries
Pamela Diane (Mattson) Cote’ born in Highland, Texas on May 1st 1947, lived a full and blessed life. She raised her family for 51 years in Newton, Massachusetts and later retired to the oceanfront of Plymouth Massachusetts where she enjoyed sunrises, sunsets and moonrises with the love of her life, her husband Leon “Barney” Cote. She enjoyed caring for her gardens and plants and loved seaside get-togethers with her family and close friends. Our beloved Grams passed to a better place, while surrounded by loved ones, on December 10th, 2022.
She has always been and will always be a bright and beautiful beacon of light for our family. Shining over her loved ones; her beloved husband, Leon Cote, her loving children Scott Hough and wife SueAnn, Beverly Loynd and husband Michael, Christopher Hough, Patrick Hough and wife Amanda, Derek Cote’ and wife Andrea’ Jean. She dedicated every day to her family and watching over her greatest joy, her grandchildren; William Avila, Ryan Hough, Jacob Loynd, Sean Hough, Ashlynn Hough and Brendan Hough. Our beloved Gram’s stood strong for her family, sheltering all of us from the storms of life and guiding us gently down the right path. We will always adore our Grams, and will pass on her love and strength to our families and friends.
