Obituaries
Marsha L. Morey of Bourne formerly of Westwood died peacefully on Thursday June 22nd. Born in Norwood, Massachusetts on November 11, 1952, daughter of the late John R. and Irene M. (Joyce) Sparks. She was educated in Westwood and a graduate of Westwood High School and Boston University.
Marsha a longtime resident of Westwood where she worked as a Florist and Dental Hygienist. She later went onto become a Flight Attendant with American Airlines where she was based in Boston.
She retired several years ago from the airlines and moved to Plymouth where she resided with her late sister Donna until her death. She enjoyed traveling, antiques and a love for pets.
Marsha is survived by her sisters Irene Sparks of Hyannis, Lynn Drummey and her husband David of Somers, Ct. She was the sister of the late Donna Sparks – Hallisey, John Sparks Jr. and Shelia Sparks-Erikson. Also survived by many nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
Visiting hours in the Cartmell-Davis Life Celebration Funeral Home 619 State Rd. Plymouth (Mamomet) on Friday July 7th from 9- 10:30 am. followed by a Funeral Mass in St. Bonaventure Church 801 State Road, Plymouth (Manomet) at 11:00 am.
Private burial in Westwood Cemetery at a later date.
