Kim M. (Turner) Roberts, age 52, died on Friday, October 7, 2011 at the Jordan Hospital in Plymouth. She was the devoted wife of John A. Roberts of Plymouth. Born in Weymouth, MA on August 13, 1959, she was the daughter of Thelma (Tuttle) “Mickey” Turner.of Pembroke and the late John Turner. She was educated in Kingston and was a graduate of Silver Lake Regional High School in Kingston. Kim had worked for most of her life as a printer, working most recently for New England Art and Speedy Print. She moved to Plymouth in 1992, previously residing in Marshfield. She first and foremost had a strong devotion to her family, while entertaining at cookouts and holiday gatherings. She loved the outdoors and enjoyed camping motorcycle riding and visiting the ocean along with her husband John. She was an avid reader and liked listening to the blues. Kim is survived by her beloved husband John of Plymouth and mother “Mickey” , and was the loving mother of Nicole Turner of Wareham, Shannon Roberts and Gretchen McDaniel of Plymouth and Heidi Hathaway of Pembroke, She was the cherished sister of John Turner of Abington and Brad Turner of East Bridgewater and aunt of Nathan Lieberman of Quincy. The funeral Service will take place on Thursday evening at 8:00pm. At the Cartmell Funeral home, 150 Court St., Plymouth. Visitation on Thursday from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Cremation in Vine Hills Crematroy. Donations in her memory may be made to the National Kidney Foundation, 30 East 33rd St., New York, NY 10016.
