Janelle M. Sampey of Plymouth formerly of Braintree died as result of a tragic motor vehicle accident on December 6th. Born in Boston on December 25th, 1973 beloved daughter of the late Joanne K. Sampey of Plymouth and John M. Sampey of Las Vegas. She grew up in Dorchester and Braintree, graduating from Braintree High School. She was a loving mother of her two children Olivia ‘Liv’ Bogan and Michael ‘Mikey’ Bogan of Plymouth. Beloved sister of Joe Brookfield of Marshfield and her late sister Joanne ‘Amy” Sampey. She was the loving aunt to A.J. Lopez of Winthrop.
Janelle had a smile that would light up the room. She dedicated her life to her family, attending all her children’s games, competitions, and school events. She had spent the last couple of years caring for her mom who recently passed away from Alzheimer’s. Janelle will be remembered for her kind caring heart and generous ways. She would ask that we don’t let a day go by without telling those we love how we feel about them.
Visiting hours in the Cartmell-Davis Life Celebration Funeral Home 619 State Rd. Plymouth (Manomet) on Wednesday December 14th from 3-7 pm. A private burial will take place at Manomet Cemetery in Plymouth at a later date. Memorial donations in her name may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association 309 Waverley Oaks Rd. Waltham, MA 02452.
