Howard 'Hap' Holloway
June 6, 1920 - August 6, 2016
Holloway, Howard "Hap" 96 of Naples, FL, formerly of Plymouth passed away at his home in Florida on August 6. Hap was married 3 times all of which pre-deceased him. He leaves his devoted children Barbara Cope, Lorraine Simpson, Diane Mola and the late Sheila Pasteris and Howard Holloway Jr.. His step children Marilyn Yuskaitis, Sandra Taylor, Elaine Defillipo, Jane Pikor, Jan Pikor, Steven Pikor and the late Christopher Pikor. Longtime friend Jackie McCain. He also leaves over 50 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren and 3 great great grandchildren. Howard was born in Brockton and attended Brockton Schools. Howard served in the US Army during WWII and spent his 24th birthday on June 6, 1944 fighting in the Normandy Invasion, he later went to worked as a painting contractor. Hap was an avid Bocce player and a longtime member of the Plymouth Bocce Club. Visiting hours will be held at the Cartmell Funeral Home 150 Court St. Plymouth, MA on Monday August 15, 5:00 to 8:00 PM. A funeral mass will be held at St. Peter's Parish in Plymouth, MA on Tuesday August 16, at 10:00 AM Burial will be in St Joseph's Cemetery Plymouth, MA.
