Obituaries
Eileen T. Cryer, August 1, 1935 – January 25, 2019, a longtime resident of Randolph, MA, and a native of Martha’s Vineyard, MA passed away at Beth Israel – Deaconess Medical Center ICU in Boston after a 22-day stay following a fall in her home on January 3, 2019.
She leaves behind her loving family: Cheryl Noyes, Sidney Counsell, Deborah Burton, Lynda Cryer, Steven Cryer, Nancy Collins, Tracy Sherman, their beloved family members and her best friend Dorothy Fusco.
In her 83 years of life, she traveled the world, loved visiting casinos and loved horseracing. She was an avid fan of the Boston Red Sox, Celtics, Bruins and the New England Patriots. She attended live games of all of them but most of all she enjoyed spending time with her large extended family and her dear friends.
Visitation will be held in the DAVIS FUNERAL HOME, 619 State Road, (MANOMET) on Friday, February 1, 2019 from 9:00AM – 10:30AM, followed by a Funeral Mass at St. Bonaventure’s Church, 803 State Rd., Plymouth at 11:00AM. Interment will be in Manomet Cemetery next to her brother Henry and his wife Priscilla. She was predeceased by her loving parents Annie and Henry Cryer, and her loving sister Barbara Counsell and her husband Sidney. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Rosie’s Place, 889 Harrison Ave., Boston, MA 02118, in her loving memory.
