Obituaries
Concetta "Connie" Riley was a mother, sister, aunt, grandmother, great grandmother and friend she sadly left us on June 30, 2023.
She was born to Johanna and Angelo Gervasi on July 11, 1939, in Scranton, Pennsylvania.
The simplest pleasures in life brought joy to Connie. She loved her family and friends and was over the moon for her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. She loved living in Plymouth and experiencing beautiful days downtown near the water. She was an avid bingo player and took her weekly game set-up very seriously. She took pride and joy in doing for others.
She was deeply devoted in her religion and attended mass as much as she could. She was very generous with her time and whether she had a lot or a little she was always giving whatever she could.
Connie is survived by her two brothers: Bernard and Joseph (and his wife Laurie). Her two children: Michael and Lisa. Her six grandchildren: Shannon, Shelly, Michael, Christine, Garrett and Austin. Her eight great grandchildren: Joshua, Hailey, Matthew, Adriana, Carter, Harper, Ellery and Weston.
Connie will be honored on July 11, 2023, at 10am, with a mass at St Mary's Church, 313 Court St. Plymouth, and a graveside ceremony to follow. The family asks that any charitable donations be made to The Society of St. Vincent de Paul.
