Chelsea Holland Rundell of Plymouth died unexpectedly on Friday, October 28th in her home. Born in Atlanta, Georgia June 29, 1984, daughter of Jeffrey E. Rundell of Plymouth and Margaret M. (Marsik) Rundell of Plymouth, she was a graduate of Plymouth South High School class of 2002 and Providence College class of 2006 with a BA in English.
Chelsea worked as a wellness coach and enjoyed yoga, meditation, reading, writing, bicycling, nature walks, and beach days with her family. She sought out new experiences and thrived on human connection, making friends out of complete strangers and spreading her dynamic energy far and wide. Her witty humor and charm brought fun and laughter to every table and gathering she graced. Her ease with words and people made for compelling, honest and refreshing conversation. Bold and daring, gentle and diplomatic, feisty and filled with love, she was a light and a force and an inspiration.
Chelsea is survived by her loving father Jeff Rundell, mother Margie Rundell, and stepfather Pete Screnci of Plymouth. She was the cherished and devoted sister of Meagan Silva and her husband Adam of Pembroke and the adoring aunt of Abigail and Isaac Silva. She was the loving stepsister of Pete Screnci and his husband Brad Spindle of Weymouth and Tom Screnci and his wife Phanny Chhoeun of Lowell. She was the treasured niece of Sherry and Stephen Hiltebrant of Ohio, Deb Phillips of Ohio and Jessie Wilson of Ohio. Chelsea was also a beloved cousin and a loyal friend to so many.
A celebration of Chelsea’s life, at which all are welcome, will be held on Sunday, November 6th from 1-2 pm at the Cartmell-Davis Life Celebration Funeral Home - 619 State Rd. Plymouth (Manomet), followed by visitation with the family from 2-5 pm. If it feels right, the family welcomes you to wear something colorful to celebrate Chelsea’s vibrancy.
