Carol A. Forte, age 73, of Watertown, passed away on Wednesday, May 31st, at the Seasons Hospice in Milton. She was the loving sister of John Forte and his wife Catherine of Sagamore Beach. Aunt of Theresa Forte of Salt Lake City UT, Kimberly Rider and her late husband Christopher of Plymouth, and Susan Schulze and her husband Robert of Elmore VT. Great aunt of Autumn, Robby, Audrey, and Molly. Carol is also survived by her boyfriend Bob Fiore, and the many friends and staff members with Beaverbrook STEP.
Born in Cambridge on January 16, 1950, daughter of the late Louis J. and Marion (Eastman) Forte. Carol grew up in Belmont and attended the Daniel Butler School. She really enjoyed working in Dorchester where she assembled lanyards. Carol loved doing word searches and cheering on the Red Sox, Celtics, and the Patriots.
A visitation will be held at the Cartmell-Davis Life Celebration Funeral Home, 373 Court St. (North) Plymouth, on Thursday, June 15th, from 4:00 pm till 7:00 pm. A service will take place in the funeral home the following day at 11:00 am. Burial will follow at the Massachusetts National Cemetery in Bourne at 1:30 pm. Donations in Carol's memory may be made to Beaverbrook STEP Inc., 85 Main St. 2nd Floor, Watertown MA 02472, or to a charity of your choice.
