Barbara R. (Bolton) Corvini, age 80, died on April 5, 2010 at the Radius Health Care Center on Plymouth. She was the devoted wife of Harold F. Corvini of Plymouth. Born in Ludlow, Vt on January 7, 1930, she was the daughter of the late James N. and Sarah L. (Graves) Bolton. She was educated in Hingham and was a graduate of Hingham High School, Class of 1949. Mrs. Corvini had worked as a waitress for Currier's Restaurant in Plymouth, as a sales clerk for the Plimoth Plantation and most recently as a sales clerk for Pepperidge Farms, Inc. She had volunteered as a Girl Scout Leader for many years, and enjoyed sewing and knitting as a few of her favorite hobbies. Mrs. Corvini moved from Hingham to Kingston in 1949, and later in 1954 made her home in Plymouth. Besides leaving her husband of 60 years, Harold Corvini, she was the loving mother of Richard Corvini and his wife Ilene, and cherished grandmother of Amanda Corvini all of Brockton. The funeral will take place on Wednesday morning at 9:00 a.m. from the Cartmell Funeral Home, 150 Court St., Plymouth followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at St. Mary's Church in Plymouth at 10:00 a.m. Friends may call at the Cartmell Funeral Home, today, April 6, 2010 from 4 to 7p.m. Interment will be in St. Joseph's Cemetery, Plymouth.
