Arthur A. Ruozzi

Ruozzi of Largo Florida formerly of Plymouth Arthur A., Jan. 25, beloved husband of the late Marjorie (Tracy). Beloved brother of Reno Ruozzi of Plymouth and Laura Correira of Plymouth and the late Leah Douylliez. Dear friend of Theodora Babini and Colonel Malcolm Newton and the late Alfred Babini. Also survived by several nieces and nephews. Funeral from the Cartmell Funeral Home 150 Court st. Plymouth on Monday at 9:00 am followed by a Funeral Mass in St. Mary’s Church Plymouth at 10:00 am. Burial will take place at Vine Hills Cemetery, Plymouth. Born Feb. 9, 1924 son of the late Ercole Ruozzi and the late Argia (Carletti) Ruozzi. Arthur was a disabled Veteran, he served in the US Army during WWII, in the European Theatre, Africa, and Italy as a member of the 82nd Airborne Division, Office of Strategic Services. He received the Purple Heart. He was also a member of the Static Line Assoc., Airborne Assoc., Special Forces and OSS. Arthur was a salesman for General Dynamics, in San Diego California, as well as a member of Carpenters Union.
