Anne L. (Bratti) Cannucci of Halifax passed away at Wingate at Silver Lake in Kingston on June 30, 2023, at the age of ninety. She was the beloved wife of the late Richard Cannucci; the loving mother of Donna Evirs of New Hampshire, Brian Cannucci of Plymouth, Cheryl Bearce of Halifax, and the late Deborah Medeiros and Joanne Perrotta. She is survived by her granddaughter, Ashley Bearce, and her grandson, Daniel Gilcoine, who were very precious to her and who took great care of her during her final years. She was predeceased by her grandson, Eric Vincent. She also leaves many additional grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was the sister of the late Paul Bratti of Plymouth.
Anne was born in Plymouth on November 13, 1932, to the late Joe Bratti and Mary (Machado) Benassi. She worked for Halliday Lithograph in Plympton for over twenty years and then at Evanswood, which is now Wingate at Silver Lake in Kingston as a waitress for seven years. Her hobbies included Bingo with her favorite cousin Maryanne Diodato and bowling, which she did for over thirty years. She enjoyed walking her dog and spending time on the Plymouth Waterfront.
Family and friends are invited to attend a period of visitation on Thursday, July 13, 2023, from 10 am to 12 pm at the Cartmell-Davis Life Celebration Funeral Home, 373 Court Street, Plymouth. The funeral service will begin at 12 pm. The interment will take place following the service at Vine Hills Cemetery, Samoset Street, Plymouth.
